Hall knocked out for 7

The AFL Tribunal has suspended Sydney bad boy Barry Hall for seven weeks for his sickening blow to eagle Brent Staker.
The hearing went for a little more than an hour, even though the three-man panel took just seven minutes to deliberate over the much publicised incident.
Hall copped 790 demerit points, meaning he is out for seven games, but only ten points away from a further one-match suspension.
Because of the seriousness of the charge, Hall could only plead guilty to the striking charge.
The Swan forward did not fly to Melbourne to contest the charge, instead opting to stay in Sydney where he participated in the hearing via video link-up.
His counsel, Terry Forrest QC, argued Hall should receive a 25 per cent discount on the penalty for pleading guilty and tribunal chairman John Hassett strongly advised the jury that the guilty plea should affect their decision.
Speaking outside the hearing, Hall was remorseful but satisfied with the outcome.
"Just in terms of the outcome I was prepared to cop whatever came my way," he said
"Seven weeks we think's fair.
"I just want to take this opportunity to once again apologise to Brent Staker for the incident.
"It's unacceptable and I will try and better myself so it doesn't happen again."
Hall will be available to play against St Kilda in Round 12.
